The Opportunity

Having regard to increased interest for Italian food products in foreign markets, thanks to the renowned Italian culinary art, the project "Italian Flavours in the World" wants to be a mark of quality recognized by all consumers. In the current landscape who gets the biggest profits are only the most financially strong companies, often at the expense of the final product quality and cost-economy.

Promote italian quality products on the international market , both as a final product, that as a raw material and creation of a structure that can meet the needs of the market. Organize and become the reference structure for italian products that will be selected according to their quality. Implementation of  campaigns for customer , under a single synonymous of quality and guarantee. Consistently with this model, an important contribution in the innovation strategies of food businesses is also represented by the training of the customare care staff for the use of new methods of dissemination and marketing activities related to the new product launches, as well as to the enhancement of image and brand. Reaching selected customers , following their needs and stimulating their curiosity. Contributing to the growth of employment in the sector.

Promoting education to foreign consumers to a healthy and quality alimentation. Follow a strategic plan that will allow the continued presence of the products in international markets, by using the different channels and means of communication. Verticalize trade to the tourist aspect. Create and grow a the prestige brand and then organize through appropriate marketing strategies, a gastronomic tourism. Enhance the presentation of local cuisine, typical dishes folk recipes, culinary tours, special diets, organized trips, food and wine tours, promotion of specialized restaurants, promotion for gastronomic travel packages, sale of gifts related to food, franchise network.
